What is a personal grievance?

Employees may raise a personal grievance but time restrictions apply.

There are various types of personal grievance including:

  • Unjustified dismissal or action
  • Discrimination
  • Sexual harassment
  • Racial harassment
  • Duress
  • Failing to adhere to proper procedures when restructuring
